We created À Soi because we know what it feels like to carry a lot.
Women carry so much every day — the responsibilities, the relationships, the work, the planning, the remembering, the emotional weight of being there for everyone around them. We move from one thing to the next, constantly giving, doing, organizing, caring and showing up.
And somewhere along the way, we forget to show up for ourselves.

Until we realize we're exhausted.
